Nightmares but make it accounting! 🧾

10/25/2026

If your books aren’t clean and up to date, you don’t know your business health & therefore can not make informed financial decisions! Get with me to discuss how profitable you have been in 2026!😉

10/23/2026

The puppy eyes won’t get you out of this one!! 🤣 👀

(I hope you guys know the only way to get through accounting is humor- so it’s my default! - no judgement over here!!)

You have enough employees to manage. Your bookkeeper doesn’t have to be one of them. 😉💚

Running a business is a full-time job. Keeping up with the books shouldn’t have to be another one.

Maybe you’re growing, but you’re not quite ready to put an accountant or bookkeeper on payroll. Or maybe you’ve been doing it all yourself and you’re officially OVER IT. 😂

That’s where I come in!

I offer contract accounting and bookkeeping services for businesses that need reliable financial support without hiring another full-time employee.

✔️ Monthly bookkeeping
✔️ QuickBooks cleanup & catch-up
✔️ Accounts payable & receivable
✔️ Financial reporting & forecasting
✔️ Sales tax filings
✔️ Tax preparation

A little help or a lot, we can figure out what makes sense for your business.

No extra employee. No extra desk. Just someone who actually enjoys the numbers you don’t want to deal with. 😉

making it happen!!👀

I said what I said. 😂
Don’t hate me!!

Being busy does not automatically mean your business is profitable!⬅️

Your bank balance is not the same as your profit, mixed expenses create messy books, and waiting until tax season to figure everything out usually costs more in the long run.🤕

The truth is simple:

🚨‼️If you don’t know your numbers, you don’t know your business.🚨‼️

Good bookkeeping gives you the information you need to make better decisions, plan ahead, and keep more of what you earn.

DM me if you’re tired of the struggle! I’ll help you understand!! 📧

🚨 Tax Myth of the Day 🚨

“I don’t make enough money to worry about taxes.”

Actually…

The people who often overpay the most are:
• Side hustlers
• New business owners
• 1099 contractors
• Gig workers
•Uber/Doordash drivers

Why?

Because no one ever taught them what they can legally deduct.

A few missed deductions here.
A forgotten mileage log there.
One expense you didn’t know counted.

It adds up FAST.

You don’t have to make six figures to benefit from tax planning.

Sometimes a 15-minute conversation can save hundreds or even thousands of dollars.💵

What’s one tax question you’ve always been embarrassed to ask? 👇

🚨 Most business owners and individuals ask me how to pay less in taxes this year.

🤔 Very few ask how to pay zero taxes on qualified retirement withdrawals.

💡 That’s exactly what a Roth IRA was designed to do.

✅ If you qualify, you can contribute up to $7,500 in 2026.

📈 Your investments have the potential to grow tax-free.

💰 Qualified withdrawals in retirement are tax-free.

⭐ It’s one of the few tax strategies available to many Americans, especially those who start early.

❓The question isn’t whether the opportunity exists…

👉 It’s whether you’re taking advantage of it.

📅 A Roth IRA isn’t the right choice for everyone. Eligibility depends on your income, tax situation, and long-term goals.

📩 If you’re not sure whether a Roth IRA makes sense for you, send me a message. I’d be happy to help you understand your options before year-end.

Stopping giving away your hard earned money & put it to work for you! 💰

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

07/03/2026

💰 Your business is busy… so why does it feel like there’s never any money left?

If you’ve ever looked at your bank account and thought:

• “We had a great month. Where did it all go?”
• “Why am I always transferring money to cover bills?”
• “Am I actually making a profit?”
• “Something just doesn’t add up.”

You’re not alone.

Many small business owners don’t have an income problem. They have a visibility problem.

I can perform a complete financial analysis of your business to help identify:

✅ Where your money is actually going
✅ Spending trends and unnecessary expenses
✅ Cash flow issues
✅ Profit leaks
✅ Opportunities to improve your bottom line

Sometimes you don’t need to make more money. You just need to keep more of what you’re already earning.

If you’re ready to understand your numbers instead of guessing, I’d love to help.
