The name really says it all… MEDIGAP. 💙

As in—the gap that Medicare leaves behind.

Original Medicare is incredibly valuable, but it was never designed to cover everything.

You may still have:
➡️ Deductibles
➡️ Coinsurance
➡️ The 20% Medicare doesn’t pay for covered Part B services
➡️ Other out-of-pocket costs that can add up quickly

And here’s an important one: Original Medicare does not have an annual out-of-pocket maximum.

That gap is real. And that’s where Medigap, also called Medicare Supplement insurance, can help.

A Medigap plan works alongside Original Medicare to help pay some of the costs that Medicare doesn’t cover. Depending on the plan you choose, it may help make your healthcare expenses more predictable and reduce what comes out of your pocket when you need care.

💡 Simple question:
If you have Original Medicare, do you know how much you could potentially pay out of pocket when you need medical care?

The Lumpkin County Health Fair was nothing short of AMAZING!

A huge thank you to Aetna/CVS and my broker manager Andrea for the opportunity to serve, connect, and make a real difference.

Relationships were built.
Partnerships were established.
More opportunities to serve were created.
And most importantly
LIVES WERE IMPACTED.

Healthcare is not just what I do. It’s who I am.

And I’m incredibly grateful for my broker partners because our spirits are aligned. We understand that this work can NEVER just be about the transaction. It has to be about the IMPACT.

It’s almost the end of August, and AEP is right around the corner. 🍂🍁

The busy season is coming, and I know the days ahead will be filled with calls, questions, appointments, and helping seniors make important decisions about their healthcare coverage.

But as I was scrolling through my gallery and came across these pictures, I had to pause and reflect. ❤️

These memories remind me that this work is about so much more than insurance.

It’s about the relationships we build. The trust people place in us. The conversations, connections, and the opportunity to guide seniors and their families through what can often feel confusing and overwhelming.

Yes, AEP is a busy season—but most importantly, it’s another opportunity to serve.

And looking back at these moments, I can honestly say… it was all worth it. 💜
