Headwater continues to build momentum in Houston, Texas with its latest project, North Ridge Industrial Park. 🔥

Proud to complete this 137,770 SF fully conditioned heavy equipment maintenance facility for Ward and Burke, supporting their microtunneling and trenchless construction operations. 🎉

The facility includes 12 maintenance bays, gantry cranes and extensive paving for large-scale equipment and operations.

The 5,888 SF office features exposed Douglas Fir LVLs and tongue-and-groove pine decking, adding warmth and architectural character to the industrial space.

We completed a 2,500 Sq Ft spec office finish-out inside a 100,000 Sq Ft tilt-wall warehouse in just three months.
