July has been a rough month. My highest balance was on July 1. High of the day was 25,500ish.... It proceeded downward from there and at one point my balance was 17,900. A swing of $8000 can scare alot of people who are unexperienced. In times like that its important to remember the difference between an actual loss and a paper loss. In stock market talk REALIZED and UNREALIZED losses. Remember, you NEVER lose money until u sell a position for cheaper than it cost u to enter said position. Any questions? The storm should be over soon seeing as all 3 major indexes closed at record highs today.

It was a very mixed week in the market. Some plays were up some were down. Very volatile week indeed.

Beginning balance: $21610
Ending balance. : $20,521

Weekly gain/loss. -5.3%

Second weekly loss in a row. Its nothing to worry about. The market will correct itself/pullback/cool off 2-3 times a year. *$2500 will be taken out at the end of the month so its not included in the numbers.

Posted a loss this week. It was our first recorded weekly loss in 7 weeks. Thats not too bad at all.

*Added $2500 cash to portfolio for major asset purchase. This money will be taken back out of portfolio when asset is acquired. TBA very soon.

Unrealized losses of -3% on the day = $800 loss. Cash was added to account bringing total investment to $13,500 as part of build up for a major asset purchase to be announced very soon! Just paper losses 💎🙌. There are some good bargains on the 📈 right now.
