You already have all the tools you ever needed to break away and do amazing things. You are beautiful, strong, courageous, thoughtful, kind, wise, intelligent, savvy, logical, quick thinker, rapid responder, amazing and much more.

Choosing courage means embracing uncertainty with faith, knowing that growth often lies on the other side of challenges.
