I hope everyone has come though the storm safely! I have been without power or cell service since noon yesterday, so please know if you tried to reach out, I am sorry I could not respond! I still do not have cell service - had to navigate the downed trees to find a place to check in.

In the meantime, take pictures of damage as you are able. Document your time spent and any expenses you incur for items used to help prevent further damage to your property.

Life insurance at work is a nice benefit, but it may not be enough to protect your family. If it isn’t enough to cover the mortgage, childcare, medical expenses and ongoing bills, you may need an individual policy to make sure your loved ones have sufficient coverage.
