The question I get a lot is should I wait to improve my credit score before I buy a home? Everybody situations different that means we have to look into your current situation your credit scores how much time it would take to improve the scores versus the financing you may qualify for right now. The credit score does impact the interest rate you do qualify for however it may not have a huge impact compared to if interest rates would increase by half percent or more.

Financially stable means 2 years working there’s some exceptions.
Credit do I need Great credit? That depends on the market conditions. Today I say no. Don’t want for improvements of your credit.
How about down payment? That depends on who you ask. There are no money down payment options available
