🚨 FHA is changing the rules — and it could impact your buyers.

Starting May 25, 2025, FHA will no longer allow loans to non-permanent resident aliens. Borrowers must now be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents to qualify.

⏳ If you have clients in this category looking to use FHA, it’s time to get serious. Some lenders might roll this out early.

🚨 FHA Guideline Change Alert 🚨

Starting May 25, 2025, FHA will no longer allow loans to non-permanent resident aliens. Borrowers must now be either U.S. Citizens or lawful Permanent Resident Aliens to qualify for FHA financing.

If you have buyers in this category, now’s the time to act—some lenders may even adopt this guideline early.
