Jami Young and Kristy Bergstrom became fast friends in 2003 while bored to tears in a math class at Asbury University. Discovering their mutual love for public relations and TJ Maxx, the two spent many a Friday night eating cheap Chinese food and digging through the racks of local discount stores. After Jami moved to Nashville in 2013, the pair birthed the idea for YB Plain, believing that every woman, no matter her size, budget or age, deserves to feel beautiful.

Day 4: If you're not into all the sparkly sparkles, try some faux fur to mix things up for the holidays! The key here is to stick to one piece of fur per look; any more tends to look tacky. Layer it over a flowy blouse, some slimming dark jeans and cute booties. We paired this look with a vintage beaded turquoise clutch and emerald green statement earrings.

One of our favorite style solutions for flattering your curves is peplum. It's subtle, but effortlessly creates that hourglass shape...and, better yet, you don't have to suck in your stomach all night...hallelujerrrrr!!! Look for peplum tops or dresses like this green one. We've paired it with fabulous Kate Spade heels and earrings, a vintage clutch and Baublebar cuff bracelet for the holidays.

Happy holidays, y’all! Your favorite stylists thought you could use a little inspiration this season so we’re resuming our just in the nick of time. From now until New Year’s, we’ll post a new holiday-inspired look along with a practical . We know, we know…you’re welcome!

Day 1: Add a festive pop of color to your next ‘casual office party’ or ‘family gathering’ look. The no-fail way to achieve this is by pairing a monochromatic outfit (all one hue or black & white combo) with a bright, bold color. If you want to add pizzazz to an outfit with a print, a good rule of thumb is to pick a color within the pattern…preferably the least used one! We love the way these candy apple red heels look with this Anthro blouse and leather-piped pencil skirt.
