2025. Wow. It has been such a year of massive growth, and also the hardest year ever with the loss of my Dad.

Those are some massive shoes to fill, but it has made me rethink how amazing his life was. The business he built. The lifestyle he was able to create. And the love him and my mom have for one another. I’m so fortunate for my family. 💚

It has also triggered something for me. Lit a fire. A — I can, and I will, buckle in. I’m pretty sure my husband knew I was an insane person before 2025, but I’ve really solidified that gut feeling. Pouring my heart and soul into the 9-5 AND that 5-9. Really a 5:30-7am shift, followed by my workday, family time, then the 9-11 starts 😎 A whole different gear around here this year.

Really really beyond proud of what is becoming. I love my team so much. And also excited for what is on the horizon. ❤️

So many people are opting out of buying because of climbing interest rates but there is the potential to refinance down the road if you don’t love your interest rate today!

According to Forbes, a year ago, the benchmark 30-year fixed-rate mortgage was 3.11%. Four weeks ago, the rate was 5.77%. I know no one wants to see this number go up... but if you don't like it, there's a chance you can change that! So don't let today's interest rate scare you away from buying.

Oooo la la. It used to be that the first of the month got all the hype, but now my payouts are scattered throughout the month. After a lot of effing work getting these furnished rentals off the ground— I’m forever BEYOND grateful each and every time I get one of these payouts. Holy smokes.
