As many of you know, I made the move to a new lender just a few weeks ago.

WELL... I just funded my first loan! 🎉

From submission to processing, underwriting, and Clear to Close, the entire loan took just **7 days**. Yes, you read that correctly... **7 DAYS!** 😲

For some perspective:

* 3 weeks from submission to CTC is considered great.
* 2 weeks is phenomenal and something many lenders—especially banks and credit unions—struggle to accomplish.

I challenged my team to get this one closed in 2 weeks to meet an aggressive closing date.

Their response?

**"Hold my beer." 🍺😂**

They got it **Clear to Close in ONE WEEK.**

Oh, and did I mention it was a **CONDO**? 😅

The only reason funding didn't happen sooner was because the borrower needed to push signing back due to work scheduling. Otherwise, we would have closed even earlier.

Bottom line: **we delivered ahead of schedule and exceeded expectations.**
