I have recently moved to Colorado after having always lived in Texas. I am super excited about doing new things, meeting new people,

and sharing this experience with my family. I have previous work experience in Occupational therapy, particularly with the pediatric population and I loved it. However, now I am back in the mortgage field and loving it also. I have always enjoyed utilizing knowledge I gain or possess to help and assist others in accomplishing goals. I also have taught group fitness and group training classes for about 7 to 8 years, which is another passion of mine. I have 2 amazing kids and the best husband I could ever have imagined that I get to share this life with. Overall, I am one lucky lady that gets to spend time with the people she loves and get to work in fields I love!

Honestly, that’s old news. Most of you already know you can get in for 3.5%, 3%, or even 0% down depending on your situation.
