After years of sitting vacant, 160 W. Mountain Avenue is officially on its way to becoming a vibrant new destination in Old Town Fort Collins and we’re honored to share more about the vision in today’s Coloradoan.

This historic building has long been a “missing tooth” on Mountain Avenue. Our goal is to thoughtfully restore its character while creating an active, welcoming space anchored by a new full-service restaurant, retail, and office uses, all designed to contribute meaningfully to downtown life.

We’re grateful for the community support so far and excited to keep sharing progress as redevelopment moves forward.

Americans continue to rank real estate as the best long-term investment, while stocks have gained in attractiveness and gold has waned.
