We are a talent evaluation company that focuses on finding talents and building relationships, trust, and long-term impact. 🏐 Based in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 , Florida and Colorado, USA 🇺🇸 we help international student-athletes and families navigate the college identification and selection process while focusing on the right academic, athletic, financial, and personal fit.

We came together through our shared passion for helping people change their lives. Our team of coaches, players, advisors, and mentors brings different experiences, but one common purpose.
We work closely with athletes, families, and coaches we trust. We don’t believe in simply handing athletes opportunities—we teach them self-advocacy, discipline, communication, and resilience so they can take ownership of their future. 💪

From an All-American career as a Juniata student-athlete to leading the Eagles to three consecutive NCAA Division III National Championships as head coach, Coach Pavlik’s impact on Juniata volleyball is undeniable.

Thank you, Coach Pavlik, for your leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence. We’re proud to celebrate this well-deserved honor!

Well a few of the 2027 class have committed and wanted to give them a shout out.

Emma Keuler is going to join Amalee in Florida at Nova Southeastern. Welcome to the newest shark.

Autumn McCulloch is heading north to Nebraska to play for Jennifer at Chadron. A great fit for her as it checked all her boxes.

Libby Wilson is joining her teammate heading north and will be setting for Chadron. A quick setter with great hands and a solid leader.

For those who have not committed, this does not mean there are not opportunities for you. Do not panic, let this be a wake up call and make sure you are engaging in the process.

If you are lost or unsure, you do not know what you do not know. Varsity Athlete has hundreds of coach relationships, has done this hundreds of times, has visited over 250 campuses. Let us help you using our resources and guidance. Calls, texts, emails come in with great frequency, as coaches are searching for the right player, but even more important is your future.

In Kansas City this weekend. Taking some of my kids to see some schools and get in a practice. Then show me for two days. Who is going? Two of my clubs are there. please come see them.
