When scheduling, please know that my office is in Fordland, but I can travel to you if you need that flexibility. Healthcare providers receive no financial benefit when clients use these services. Enrollment in a plan may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a special enrollment period

or you are in your Medicare Initial Election Period. Kern does not offer every plan available in your area. Currently he represents 4 organizations which offer 35 MA and 12 PDP products in your area. Any information provided is limited to those plans he does offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
