This VA buyer had already spoken with multiple lenders.

The answer kept coming back the same:

“No.”

Instead of stopping there, we took a deeper look at the entire file.

We reviewed income, assets, credit, and compensating factors. We worked through the details and structured the loan appropriately.

The result?

Approval.

Today they’re living in their home.
