This past week, a devo challenged me to reflect on my life and where God has been present through every season.
One thing stood out clearly…
I’ve built my life outside of my comfort zone.
I’ve always had the kind of faith that believes more is possible. And looking back, I can see God’s hand in every step… even when I didn’t fully understand it at the time.
Here’s something that surprised me when I really thought about it:
In 25 years of working, I’ve only once had a guaranteed wage and that was back in 2010…and it didn’t last long. 😅
Because I knew I was made for something different.
I wanted a path where effort mattered. Where growth, risk, and reward were connected.
It would be easy to choose comfort.
But God has shown me that He is my source, not a paycheck, a title, or a company.
If I’m willing to listen, obey, and take action… He provides. Every time.
That belief is what gave me the courage to step away from my last position, even without having it all figured out.
And somehow through faith, bootstrapping, and building with my besties!
Here we are.
Still growing.
Still trusting.
Still betting on ourselves.
