I once had a buyer choose not to have a pipe scope done as part of their inspection—turns out there were tree roots growing right through the sewer line. 💸 $8k repair before they even moved in.

A home inspection (and that pipe scope!) can save you from some messy surprises. Always worth it. 👷‍♂️
