Big news… we've got a new addition to the team! 🎉
Mike Wing is joining First Resource Bank as a Business Development Associate. Based out of our West Chester Branch, Mike will be out in the community building relationships, connecting with local businesses, and helping them find the right banking solutions for their needs.
With a strong background in customer service, Mike enjoys meeting new people and creating meaningful connections. Outside of work, he's a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and a car enthusiast.

Some of the most impactful conversations start with sharing knowledge. Yesterday, Katie Lemon joined community members at Brandywine Valley Active Aging in Downingtown for a discussion on fraud and scam awareness. The group talked through common scam tactics, discussed ways to stay protected, and explored steps to help recognize potential fraud. Thank you to RSVP Volunteer for organizing this important event and creating an opportunity for meaningful conversation and learning. 💙

Another Shred Event, another incredible reminder of what this community can do. 💙

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Saturday, we raised nearly $2,500 for The Lord's Pantry of Downingtown while helping local residents securely dispose of sensitive documents.

We're grateful to everyone who stopped by, made a donation, and helped support neighbors facing food insecurity. Together, small acts make a big difference.

Scott is joining our West Chester Branch as a Customer Service Representative. While he's new to the banking industry, he brings a strong background in customer service through his experience in retail, life insurance, and project supervision.

A Philadelphia native and devoted Philly sports fan, Scott recently made the move to the West Chester area and is excited to serve customers in his local community.
