Caroline is joining us this summer as a Credit Analyst Intern—part of the first time we’re bringing on multiple interns at once. She’s heading into her junior year at Gordon College, where she’s an Honors student majoring in Accounting with a minor in Pre-Law. Along the way, she’s gained experience as a Student Staff Accountant and through a legal internship, building a strong foundation for her work this summer.
When she’s not working or studying, you can probably find her cheering on the Phillies ⚾

🎨 We don’t just get creative with banking solutions—we get creative in our community, too!

Last week, our team grabbed some paint brushes and headed over to The Hickman Friends Senior Community of West Chester for their mural project. What started as a blank canvas is now a colorful work of art for residents to enjoy 💙

Even better? Every brushstroke helped raise funds for The Hickman’s Resident Assistance Fund, supporting residents who need a little extra help to continue receiving the care they deserve.

Safe to say… we had a blast making a difference! 🙌

We knew last night’s student recognition event for Chester County Futures would be incredible from the moment we walked through the door and saw FRB Board Member Bob Rigg there for the same reason—to support and celebrate these inspiring students.

The evening was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when a community comes together to invest in the next generation. Students were recognized with scholarship funding to help them continue their education and pursue their goals, each one bringing passion, determination, and a strong desire to learn.

Organizations like Chester County Futures play an essential role in creating access to opportunity, empowering young adults to gain knowledge, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their future. We are so lucky to have them in our back yard and were proud to support them last night.
