Today I had the BEST time at Washington Community Schools - Intermediate School sharing my passion and what it’s like working for Broker Brothers Mortgage🏫💗

I had the opportunity to talk with students about what I do as a mortgage loan officer and honestly, I loved every minute of it! I got to break down what I do in simple terms, hear about what they’re interested in, and talk about different career possibilities.

They had SO many great questions, and I was seriously impressed by how respectful, engaged, and curious these students were. It was such a fun reminder that sometimes the best part of what we do is getting to share it with the next generation. 🥰

Thank you so much for the invitation Juana Santos-Remax Elite! I truly enjoyed spending time with all of the students and talking about mortgages, careers, and what it looks like to help people make home happen. 🏠💗

Who knows…maybe there’s a future loan officer in that classroom! 😉

A sweet little stop in Evansville today! 🩷🏡🍪 While I was out and about, I made a special delivery of Hays That’s Good cookie bars to Key Associates!

I had the BEST visit with Realtor Lacey Guerra and Sarah Key. I always love getting the opportunity to stop in, catch up, build relationships, and bring a little something sweet along with me.

Good conversations, great people, and cookie bars… sounds like a pretty good day to me! 😉🩷

I’ve received news from their respective Realtors that two different families I have been working with are officially UNDER CONTRACT on their new homes! 🥳🔑

And let me tell you… this is the stuff I live for. ❤️

There’s just something so exciting about helping people navigate the mortgage process, find the right financing, and ultimately get one step closer to turning a house into their home.

I am SO incredibly excited for these families and honored to be a small part of their journey!

Next stop… CLEAR TO CLOSE! 😉🙌

You know me as Laura the Lender. The mortgage broker. The one who talks about preapprovals, loan programs, interest rates, PMI, and all the other mortgage-y things. 😂

But there’s a whole lot more to me than mortgages.

So I thought it would be fun to pull back the curtain a little and introduce you to the Laura behind Laura the Lender. 👋🏻
