❤️ **Two months. Two causes. One really personal ask.**

I’m using my business connections to help support two organizations that mean so much to me, and I’d love your help!

For September and October, my independent Aflac contact, Mackenzie, is giving back through business meetings:

💛 **SEPTEMBER – Su***de Awareness Month**

For every business referral meeting, Mackenzie donates **$25 to Youth First**, an organization supporting the mental health and well-being of young people and the staff around them.

🎀 **OCTOBER – Breast Cancer Awareness Month**

For every business referral meeting, she’ll donate **$25 to Chemo Buddies**, an organization that supports cancer patients through their chemotherapy journey with connection, encouragement, and support.

These causes are incredibly personal to me.

My cousin is currently battling breast cancer and is on her 5th chemo treatment. Chemo Buddies is especially close to my heart as the volunteers and programs support her through this journey.

Last year, on September 12th, I lost one of my very best friends, Cortney, to su***de. Just a few weekends ago I walked in her honor at the Su***de Prevention Walk here in Evansville. I hope every person who is struggling can find the help they need through programming, resources, and support. ❤️

On this day, I couldn't be more thankful. I have an incredible book of clients, networking partners who add value to my life and my clients, and, best of all, my support system who continually pushes me and reminds me how proud they are of me. 2025 hasn't been perfect or easy but, I am always grateful.

Advertising.....

We all need it but how do you know which method is right for your business? How can you tell if you have a return on investment? 🤔

1. Track how your new customers come in. This could be by asking them, using a software that your leads come into, or even using different offers with different methods.

2. Use that data in your accounting to compare the revenue vs expense for each method. This can be done with your chart of accounts (i.e) subaccounts or by using classes.

To be honest with you, I flat out don't like marketing but tracking your ROI or return on investment helps take the guess work out of where your marketing and advertising dollars should be spent.

Finding a expert in the field who can help you test these methods is ideal and I highly recommend delegating out what you aren't an expert in. 😉
