Just Sold in Carlsbad!

Carlsbad pricing is said to be down 5% from last year, and Carlsbad Village off double digits. There is a definite split in the market with the bulk of average listings going stale and dropping price, while there is incredible confidence in luxury-tier properties and the value ceiling for these premium homes continues to rise.

Our project Sold today for 2M, blowing away the comps. Congrats to the new owners! Such a killer home.

SOLD in Temecula Wine Country! It’s been a great year, although the market has really slowed down.  We have bought and sold maybe a half a dozen houses but no huge remodels.  With these stubborn interest rates, It’s really important to provide value to people who are first time buyers. Actually it’s not just high rates causing the slow down, even if rates were at 2% most families are priced out of homeownership. We are still buying houses that need fixin’ Happy Holidays. 🎃🎄🍁

PS: I was blessed to catch the biggest largemouth Bass of my life this summer. 8.1 pound lunker

Our 2021 Serra Mesa project just hit the market and went pending in 7 days. This was an awesome little 1200 sf house. It only appreciated $150k in a little under 3 years. Still looks exactly the same and it's cool to see our landscaping after 3 years of growth. This Olive trees are my favorite.
