Open enrollment is coming and you may think a few things:
1. I am signed up already so I don't need to do anything...
You would be wrong sadly. Plans change every year and what has worked this go around may not be the best option for you next year.
2. I am not eligible
Again probably wrong. Everyone is eligible it just may be a different option than you previously thought.
3. I don't have the extra money to pay to get some help with this.
Good thing I am a FREE resource!
4. I can't afford insurance
I can't say your "wrong" about this one but I will say you may be surprised about what you can get.

Just a friendly reminder to contact your insurance agent if you want to make changes to your coverage. Most do not charge for services rendered so they are compensated by the insurance carrier so unless you are unhappy with the service you get from that agent reach out to them. For instance I am contracted with all of the major carriers to I can switch my clients from one company to another. Happy Monday.

Tomorrow is Annual Enrollment for Medicare. There are a few different time frames but this is the one you need to make sure to engage if not for anything else other than your drug plan. This is the only time for 2025 that you will be able to change a stand alone drug plan (Part D) without a Special Enrollment

Get help from your state paying your Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Part B (Medical Insurance) premiums through a Medicare Savings Program.

Spent my morning getting my family set up with life insurance as well as cancer coverage that even has a recurrence rider! I know it doesn’t sound like a fun time but seriously folks you really need to think about this stuff before you may need it because once that happens you are unfortunately financially on your own! I look at $74 a month for me, my husband and both kids to have each a lump sum of $30,000 paid directly to us if we are diagnosed as money well spent. There is a reason that even with health insurance people are filing for bankruptcy due to medical bills with cancer treatments. Let me know if you have concerns.

Open enrollment for Medicare starts this month!!!! If you don’t have an agent to ask questions or do a drug plan review EVERY YEAR please reach out for your free help with me a licensed agent!
Marketplace open enrollment starts 11/1 for those without insurance under 65. Reach out if you are going without or struggling to pay premiums. There are options!!!!
