Well, here’s a simple little trick! 💡
Grab your hot glue gun and add a small drop of glue to the bottom corners on the BACK of your frame. Let it cool completely, then hang it back up! The rubbery glue helps grip the wall and keeps those frames from shifting! 🙌

“Marry the house and date the rate.” 💍🏠
We’ve heard it over and over for the last 2–3 years. The idea? Take advantage of a 2/1 buydown, hope interest rates drop during that time, and refinance into a lower rate.
Sounds great in theory, right? 🤔
But here’s the problem: It creates an expectation that refinancing will always be an option.
What if rates don’t come down? What if home values change? What if your financial situation changes and you no longer qualify to refinance?
🚨 A refinance is NEVER guaranteed.
One of the biggest financial decisions of your life shouldn’t be based on the hope that something better will come along later.
