🩸 WEEK 2: STOP THE BLEEDING
Most people think they have an income problem.
In reality…
They have a leak problem.
Imagine trying to fill a bucket full of holes.
You can keep pouring more water into it, but if it keeps leaking out, it will never fill up.
Your money works the same way.
Before you focus on making more money, make sure you’re keeping more of the money you already earn.
This Week’s Challenge
Find 5 money leaks in your household.
Here are the easiest places to start:
📺 Cancel Unnecessary Subscriptions
* Streaming services you rarely watch
* Apps you forgot you were paying for
* Monthly memberships you no longer use
🛡️ Shop Your Insurance
* Auto
* Home
* Renters
* Life
Insurance companies change rates all the time. Spending 30 minutes getting new quotes once a year could save hundreds of dollars.
💡 Lower Utility Costs
* Change your A/C filter
* Adjust your thermostat by 1–2 degrees
* Turn off lights and electronics when not in use
* Seal drafts around doors and windows
Small changes add up over an entire year.
🥦 Reduce Food Waste
Did you know many families throw away hundreds of dollars in food every year?
Try this:
* Plan meals before shopping
* Make a grocery list
* Eat leftovers before cooking something new
* Freeze food before it goes bad
📝 Audit Every Expense
Look at your last month’s bank statement.
Ask yourself:
“Did this purchase make my life better?”
If the answer is no…
That may be a money leak.
