Hello to my Stratos Investments Family!
I’ve been a portfolio manager for over 40 years now and have always tried to help my clients in any way I could. I feel that I have a lot of information stored and want to try helping whoever might need it.

That’s why I want to start a new series here called “Stocks of the Week”. Once a week I want to give insights about a stock that I recommend and give some information out about it, so maybe, if anything else, you could do your research on what might fit into your portfolio.

In the first installment of “Stock of the Week” I want to talk about:  Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD). Known for their AI technology, processors, data centers and gaming centers (just to name a few), it’s shown how it’s been able to expand since they opened in 1969.

I had bought it back on April 9th at $232.46 and it’s been able to show why AMD is a force in the IT sector with its value doubling within that short period of time from April to June.
