🚨💕 2027 HEALTH INSURANCE RENEWAL — PLEASE READ!

To all my current Marketplace clients: There are some BIG changes this year, and I need your help getting everything ready!

I need TWO things completed by OCTOBER 31!

✅ STEP 1: Complete my Health Renewal 2027 form. This updates your information and provides your signed consent for me to continue assisting you.

✅ STEP 2: Complete the NEW verification process through HealthSherpa. You will receive a text or email asking you to authorize me as your agent. The link expires after just 15 MINUTES! ⏰

🔄 You can complete these steps in either order. I just need BOTH done!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This new verification requirement is designed to help prevent agents from accessing consumer accounts without permission. Please do NOT approve requests from agents you don't recognize!

I've included examples in the photo so you know exactly what to expect!

First of all, a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who has already completed their renewal form! 🫶

📧 If you receive an email saying you're ready for your next step, you can IGNORE it for now! I am updating phone numbers and email addresses, which automatically triggers these notifications.

🚨 NEW CHANGES BEGIN TOMORROW, OCTOBER 12!

To help prevent fraud, new security requirements will mean that I may need your approval through a text or email before I can access or make changes to your application. This is why having your CORRECT contact information is so important!

‼️ If you haven't completed your renewal form, PLEASE do so ASAP! Especially if you've changed phone numbers or no longer have access to your previous email address.

📅 A QUICK SCHEDULE UPDATE:
I will be out of the office most of tomorrow (Columbus Day), and I have additional training on Tuesday to better understand how these new requirements will affect the way I assist my clients this year.

There are A LOT of changes coming, and I'm doing everything I can to stay informed, prepared, and make this process as smooth as possible for everyone!

Some Americans who purchased health insurance through HealthCare.gov without receiving premium tax credits are receiving a one-time $500 refund check from the U.S. Treasury!

If you purchased Marketplace coverage and paid full price for your insurance, keep an eye on your mailbox! 📬

As always, verify any unexpected government check before depositing it!
