This week we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on Traci as a part of our Meet the Team Series. As an invaluable member of the Edwardsville Escrow Team, Traci has served as an Escrow Officer at Abstracts & Titles, Inc. for an impressive nine years.

Traci is a dedicated and driven professional whose commitment to producing quality service is truly inspiring. Integrity is a common theme throughout our company, but Traci has proven herself as an advocate for our customers, always going the extra mile to ensure they feel informed and reassured every step of the way. She enjoys the personal connections made at the closing table, listening to the stories of people from all walks of life and being a part of their transition to the next chapter. While she prefers having the opportunity to meet the people behind the paperwork, her intuitive nature and adaptability make her a versatile asset in the evolving landscape of real estate in the digital age, especially with the rising demand for e-closings. Traci is self-motivated and proactive; not only does she demonstrates great individual strength in her role, but she also looks for opportunities to collaborate with and mentor her colleagues whenever possible.

When Traci is not at work you can find her curling up with a good book, traveling to new destinations, or spending quality time with her family. Something you may not know about Traci is that she has a passion for hiking and has explored many of our country’s beautiful national parks.
