Not a bad reading for my BP this morning; 126/72. I’ll take it. Normal BP is now considered 120/80 or lower according to the AHA. Maintaining a good BP plays a vital role in Your insurability. Good health plays a vital role in both your insurability and quality of life. I had a play date at the park with my 8yr old daughter yesterday and exercised at the gym.
