I would estimate 50% of insurance purchased online has state minimum limits of coverage especially if your purpose for shopping is to save money.

What does that mean?

WI state minimum for property damage (hitting someone's car, etc) is $10,000. Most don't know they have this coverage until they are in an accident and find out the hard way.
