Annual Election Period is about here again! Medicare AEP begins Oct 15th and ACA OEP begins Nov 1st. We are staffing a kiosk in Walgreens at 1819 S Hastings Way Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 AM - 1 PM through December 7th. We are also scheduling appointments at our office 505 S Dewey Street, suite 103 in Eau Claire. We are happy to offer no cost / no obligation reviews of your coverage options. Want to send a thank you to all who attended and / or donated to our cause helping United Way of Greater Chippewa Valley support locals struggling with housing insecurity. Thank you to 2 highly appreciated sponsors, who in addition to attendees, helped raise a whopping $4,227 for the cause. I will say this event took an enormous amount of effort and teamwork. Special thank you to Lori Mae for helping maintain organization and Adam Frechette for coming all the way from Minnesota and smoking some of the most incredible pork butt I’ve personally tasted. Also thank you to Haley Stowell for working with City of Eau Claire committees to obtain permission and clearance for this event. It is possible we may consider something like this again in 2024, and my hope is should we put this amount of effort in, we can have a larger attendance and more significant impact on the locals struggling day to day.

Come help Make A Difference! Partnering with United Way of Greater Chippewa Valley we are raising money in an excellent way to help locals struggling with housing insecurity! Join us July 22nd from 5 pm - 7 pm at beautiful Carson Park's Oak Pavilion - 702 Carson Park Drive, Eau Claire, WI! This pavilion is right next to the playground for the kids and we plan to have some yard games as well. We will be smoking around 100 pounds of Pork Butt to make into sandwiches with bbq and coleslaw or just plain pulled pork with coleslaw / chips on the side. We really want to push hard to make a difference here as it's sad to see those truly struggling while not knowing exactly how to help them. United Way has expert staff that know what is really needed and how to make an impact. Please invite family, friends, neighbors, etc. Suggested donation of $10 per incredible plate of delicious hickory smoked pulled pork that we are smoking on site. We ask to please RSVP so we have enough food on hand for all. Think about it, a Saturday night without having to cook and do dishes while enjoying incredible pulled pork in a beautiful setting.

Mark your calendars for July 22nd! We will be serving burgers and brats at Oak Pavillion in Carson Park - Eau Claire. All proceeds will be used through United Way with focus on helping local homeless population. Details will coming over next few weeks so stay tuned. Let's try to get an excellent turnout for the event. RSVP will be requested to estimate food and beverage supplies.
