New website. New phone system. The same local team you know and trust.

We are in the process of making a few technology upgrades to make it easier to connect with Finck & Perras and access the insurance information you need.

Our newly redesigned website allows you to meet our team, find carrier claims and payment information, request a certificate of insurance, get answers to frequently asked questions, and more.

We’ve also upgraded our phone system (starting 08/27/26) to help our team communicate more efficiently and to better serve our customers. As part of this upgrade, telephone calls will now be recorded.

Dash cams have become quite popular and have become an important tool during a claim. Be sure you know how to save the footage from your dash cam to a computer or phone so you can access it later. Some dash cams delete the footage it records every 2-10 hours on average. Save it before it gets deleted.

We need to hear from you ahead of time in order to get your policy updated and to be able to issue the binder for your lender. Be sure to reach out to us early in the process 413-527-3000.
