Closings like these are special to me. Life has thrown some curveballs at C&J, and another lender told them that would stop them from moving ahead when this house came available. But that lender was wrong! They just needed some creativity, the willingness to jump a few hoops and a strong team to smooth out the bumps. And now that young family has room to play!
