Behind every smooth closing is real teamwork.

My client came locked in and ready, Kimone handled her side like a boss, and I kept the financing moving so fast we hit a Clear to Close two weeks early. 🚀

That’s what happens when your agent + lender link up the right way. Big love to Kimone Oruga for trusting me with her people—always an honor to run another one back with you!

🚨REAL TALK: You can’t throw money at problems that require skills, knowledge, and purpose. I had to learn that the hard way in the trucking game. Money won’t save what you don’t understand.

A first-time investor thought he was broke, until we found $75,000 hidden in his home equity. 💡 By refinancing or using a HELOC, he could finally fund his first investment deal. Your house can be more than a home — it can be a funding source! Realtors, share this strategy with clients who need creative ways to invest.

Let me save you time, money, and heartache:
DO NOT go looking at houses without a preapproval. That’s your proof you’re serious, and your ticket to move fast when you find “the one.”
In this video I’m breaking down why:

✅ Preapprovals show agents and sellers you’re ready
✅ You avoid wasting time on homes you can’t afford
✅ You protect yourself from getting denied mid-deal
If you're thinking about buying—this is where it starts. Tap in with me.

Everybody wanna be in trucking but scared to hustle for real. I didn’t have a dispatcher. Didn’t have a plug. Just Google, my voice, and some grind. Don’t let these folks fool you—this game is wide open if you know how to move.

Transparency Post! This year has been our worst year financially in the last 5 years. We are projected finish around $132k(could be more if more deals go under contract).

This was difficult to swallow considering that I had just came off my best years on my entrepreneur journey 2020,2021, 2022. in my previous business in the trucking industry where my business earned $6M in a 3 year stretch.

In the process of entrepreneurship every person that is truly doing it 100% full-time knows that there are ups and downs. Some of the biggest businesses that we knew coming up are no longer in business(Blockbuster etc). It’s a part of the game.

The point that I am trying to make here is that throughout your struggle in entrepreneurship never forget who you are and what you can do. Don’t let your downs make you feel any worse than your ups because everybody goes through them both. Don’t live in the past. Don’t get content. Always be willing to change and adjust for whats to come.

Last year my wife and I became real estate agents. We made 100k in that business in the first year. In the process of that I decided to start a mortgage brokerage and not do the real estate agent part any more because I wanted to be locked in on the loans and Jess lock in on the real estate portion and then we would have two businesses that compliment each other.

I launched UHome Mortgage in February with no mortgage experience and somehow closed 5 deals. $1.3 million in sales in 9 months.

In comparison to a lot of people who have been in the game. Thats not be a lot. I was reluctant to share my progress with the community of ppl that follow me because I felt that it wasn’t as good as what everyone else is doing.

I realized that we have to stop comparing our journeys to somebody else’s journey. As long as we are doing our best we must take pride in our work no matter the results. If you have been in entrepreneurship as long as I have, you know that persistence always wins. If you do the work, it will always pay off.

BE PROUD OF YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL.

GOD will come and turn your business up as long as you are putting your BEST foot forward.
