Alright you guys - I have been sitting on this picture for a hot minute. Believe it or not (some of you will laugh at this and probably not believe me) but I am a relatively modest person. I don’t typically share photos like this, but I think it’s important to be super raw with my story, so here comes a massive moment of vulnerability.
That girl there on the right was in such a state of misery. She hated her body, she was SO depressed, and so sick - ALL OF THE TIME. That poor soul was battling a serious autoimmune disorder, anxiety and numerous other health problems. She had no energy to play with her kids. She was to scared to try anything new. She was 26 years young, but joked that she had the body of a 90 year old. Everything creaked, cracked and hurt. MISERY!
That girl on the left has a new lease on life. She signed that lease 4 years ago when she took a leap of faith and ordered these crazy plant based products that her cousins were raving about. She started having more energy. Her anxiety melted away.... and so did all the excess weight. She learned to love and honor the body that eventually gave her FIVE children. She’s about to turn 31 and thrives on trying new adventures - like competing in a Pageant for the title of Mrs Idaho for the second year in a row, hence the swimsuit 🤣💯. I’ve built an incredible business on the side, been on so many trips that wouldn’t have been possible and gained confidence and SELF LOVE. And that you can’t put a price on. When I say that Plexus has changed my life, I mean it. I am not even close to the same girl I was 4 years ago. And I couldn’t be more grateful for that! For me, this is a pretty powerful picture. It may only show the physical changes, but for me it also symbolizes how much I’ve been able to change for the better inside!
