Our 8th rehab project, which took the longest (a Duplex with 3BR each - full gut requiring many of the floors be leveled), is gonna be sold this week!!! It will be our last project in PA since Iron Key is moving to DE.

We just put our 3rd house under contract and this will be our 1st rental property! House #2 should be ready to hit the market in about a week!! We’re starting slow but steady!!

Gas is now hooked up on project #1 and new heating/AC is in (having AC will be a “sizzle” feature for this neighborhood and cost very little extra) and gas heater will be more efficient to run. Forward progress!!
