Attention Mortgage Man Peeps!

Interest Rate Alert!!!!

I have learned from past experience that predicting the rise and fall of interest rates is pure folly! So when interest rates suddenly move down or go lower than I could have expected, I have learned to simply inform existing home owners and potential homebuyers.
During the holidays, rates moved down more than ½ of 1 % on most loan programs. Rates had been around 5% and presently there are in the mid to low 4% range depending on your credit score.
If you have been thinking about refinancing, purchasing a home, or making home improvement…etc
Then this might be a great time to move forward with your plans!
