New chapter. Same mission. Bigger impact.

If I’ve been a little quiet lately, it’s because some of the biggest chapters are written before anyone else gets to read them.

Today, I’m excited to share what’s next.

After more than 22 years helping people achieve homeownership, I’m proud to begin my next chapter with Rate as VP of Mortgage Lending.

While the logo on my business card has changed, my commitment hasn’t. I’ll continue showing up for my clients, referral partners, friends, and family with the same dedication, honesty, and personalized service you’ve come to expect—now backed by even more resources to help make the home financing process as smooth as possible.

Most people only see the pre-approval letter.

What they don’t see is everything that happens behind the scenes.

Before I ever moved into sales, I spent 12 years on the back end of the mortgage process. I’ve seen the stress. I’ve seen the delays. I’ve seen what happens when a file isn’t prepared properly.

That experience is why I stay involved from start to finish.

When we talk for the first time, I’m already thinking ahead — reviewing income the way an underwriter will, collecting documents upfront, looking for potential questions before they ever come up.

Starting a new month, but reflecting back on the last few weeks. ☕️💭

I’ve had a lot of conversations with people who feel overwhelmed before they even begin — not because they did anything wrong, but because no one ever really explained how this stuff works.

Most of us weren’t taught how credit, finances, or big decisions actually fit together. So when questions come up, it’s easy to wonder where to start or how everything connects.

Since it’s Friday, I figured I’d switch things up and share a little more of the real-life stuff.

Most days are full — work, routines, responsibilities, and wearing a lot of different hats — but these are the things that truly ground me.

Being a mom, staying active, cheering on the Celtics, exploring creative outlets just for fun, soaking up nature whenever I can, and ending the day snuggled up with my dogs.

Life isn’t about being perfect at everything — it’s about enjoying what you’re building along the way.
