My business encompasses a full array of borrowers and price ranges, but I must say that I receive the most gratification in helping to educate the First Time Buyer. I spend extra time in going over all of the important details including tax benefits for owning and how you can put that to immediate use. Many times this information can make a difference in the borrower’s perspective of their “comfort” payment. As a tenured professional in the mortgage industry, I attributes my success to my excellent customer service skills and always keeping the needs of my client first. Offering a diverse group of funding sources enables me to custom tailor the mortgage solution which best fit’s my client’s profile and long term financial objectives. Lending is no longer a “one size fits all” industry and my detailed approach to selecting the “best” product, provides my clients substantial savings over the life of the loan. I was raised in a Military family and I understand the unique demands and stress service families are faced with when relocating. I consider it an honor to assist our veterans and active duty military personnel; whether relocating internationally, a local move or simply lowering their monthly payment through a strategic refinance. My sincere approach, sense of duty and personal integrity foster relationships built on trust and performance.
