“I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me and my business. Thank you again for all the work you’ve done and the way you’ve helped me.”

One of my favorite parts of running **Such a Time Services** is getting to build relationships with the business owners I work with.

Yes, I reconcile accounts, clean up transactions and make sure the numbers are where they need to be—but behind every set of books is a person and a business they've worked hard to build.

I'm thankful when I get to be a small part of that. 🤍

Categorizing tells QuickBooks **where a transaction belongs.**

Reconciliation helps me make sure **the numbers are actually right.**

When I reconcile an account, I’m comparing what’s in QuickBooks to what actually happened at the bank.

That’s where I can catch things like:

• Duplicate transactions
• Missing transactions
• Incorrect amounts
• Transactions entered twice or matched incorrectly
• Old transactions that shouldn't still be sitting there
• Beginning balances that don't make sense

Because having every transaction categorized doesn't automatically mean your books are accurate.

You can have a beautiful Profit & Loss—and still have something wrong behind the scenes.

That's why reconciliation is such an important part of the bookkeeping I do for my clients.

**I don't just want your books done. I want you to be able to trust the numbers you're looking at.**

✨ **I have room to take on 3 new bookkeeping accounts beginning October 1st.**

If you've been doing your own books, falling behind, or you're simply ready to hand them off to someone who will look beyond categorizing transactions, this may be the right time.

**Send me a message and let's talk about what bookkeeping support could look like for your business.**

Yesterday, a couple of things happened that left me feeling a little defeated.

For a moment, I panicked. I started thinking about all the *what ifs* and trying to figure out how I was going to handle everything.

But this morning, God reminded me again that **I’m going to be okay.**

Then *I Trust in God* came on, and it was exactly what I needed to hear.

God has never failed me.

Building a business has stretched my faith in ways I never expected. There are great days, exciting opportunities and moments when I can see exactly what God is doing.

And then there are days that shake me a little.

But even on those days, I have to remember Who has provided for me every step of the way.

I don't have to know exactly how everything is going to work out. I just have to keep showing up, doing the work that's in front of me, and trusting God with the rest.

So today—free coffee, a full schedule, and a reminder that **God has taken care of me before, and I trust Him to take care of me again.** 🤍

Here’s to a new day at **Such a Time Services.**

📣 A few bookkeeping spots are opening up October 1st!

As my client schedule shifts this fall, I’ll have room to welcome a few new businesses into Such a Time Services.

If bookkeeping is the thing that keeps getting pushed to the bottom of your list—or you’re tired of spending evenings trying to figure out QuickBooks—this may be the perfect time to hand it off.

My monthly bookkeeping services are designed for business owners who want:

* Accurate, organized books
* Monthly reconciliations
* Clear financial reports
* Consistent communication
* A bookkeeper who gets to know your business instead of just categorizing transactions

You handle the business. I’ll handle the books. 👑

These spots will officially open October 1st, but I’m starting conversations now. If you’ve been thinking about outsourcing your bookkeeping, send me a message and we can see if Such a Time Services would be a good fit for your business.

You have customers to serve.

Employees to manage.

Jobs to finish.

Phone calls to return.

Quotes to send.

Decisions to make.

And somewhere at the bottom of that never-ending list is…

**Bookkeeping.**

So you tell yourself you’ll get to it when things slow down.

But when you own a business, when exactly does that happen? 😅

That’s why delegating your bookkeeping can be about so much more than having someone categorize transactions.

It’s about knowing your accounts are being reconciled.

Knowing your numbers are being looked at consistently.

Knowing your books aren’t quietly getting months behind while you’re busy actually **running your business.**

And most importantly, it’s about getting some of your time back.

You don’t have to spend your evenings opening QuickBooks after you’ve already worked all day.

**You handle the business. I’ll handle the books.**

That’s the partnership I want to provide through **Such a Time Services.**

If you're a business owner who is ready to hand off the bookkeeping instead of continuing to squeeze it into an already-full schedule, **I currently have room for new monthly bookkeeping clients.**

Message me **“BOOKS”** and tell me what kind of business you own. We’ll start with a conversation about what you're currently doing for bookkeeping, what you need help with, and whether my services are the right fit for your business. 🤍

You know the task.

The one you keep telling yourself…

*“I’ll get to it tomorrow.”*
*“I’ll catch up this weekend.”*
*“As soon as things slow down, I’ll sit down and do it.”*

And then tomorrow turns into next week.

Because the truth is, you didn't start your business because you wanted to spend your evenings categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and figuring out why something in QuickBooks doesn't match.

You started it because you're good at what **you** do.

And your time is valuable.

Bookkeeping needs to get done—but that doesn't mean **you have to be the one doing it.**

That's where I come in.

I help business owners take bookkeeping off their plate so they can spend those hours doing what actually needs *them*—serving customers, leading employees, growing their business, spending time with family, or simply being able to shut work off at the end of the day.

Because sometimes growth isn't about figuring out how to fit **one more thing** into your schedule.

Sometimes it's deciding what you don't need to carry anymore.

If you've been telling yourself for months that you're going to get caught up on your books—or you're keeping up but you're ready to stop spending your own time doing it—I currently have room for new bookkeeping clients.

**Message me the word “BOOKKEEPING” and tell me what kind of business you own.** I'll send you the next steps and we can see whether Such a Time Services would be a good fit for your business.

You don't have to commit to anything just to start the conversation. 🤍

Today was a full Monday—but a good one.

I started my morning getting my walk in and spending some time in my devotions. Before opening the computer, answering questions, or looking at the to-do list, I took some time to take care of myself physically and fill myself spiritually.

Then it was off to the coffee shop. ☕️💻

I met up with a friend, grabbed some coffee, and dove into work. I worked on content, answered questions from a couple of clients, and handled some of those behind-the-scenes things that are just part of running a business.

Then it was time to close the computer, go get the kids, and head home.

But as most business owners know… closing the computer doesn't necessarily mean your brain shuts off. 😂

A few more client questions needed answered, there were things I wanted to finish, and now I'm back working on content.

And as I sat here tonight, I realized something.

**This is the part of owning a business that people don't always see.**

They see the posts.

They see the services.

They see the finished reports, answered questions, meetings and accomplishments.

But behind all of that is a person building something one ordinary day at a time.

Some days that looks like sitting in a coffee shop getting work done.

Some days it's answering a client's question that helps something finally make sense.

Some days it's creating content when the ideas aren't flowing.

And some days it's closing the computer to take care of life—and opening it back up again later because there's still something you want to finish.

But I wouldn't want to become so busy building a business that I forget **why I'm building it in the first place.**

I want a business that allows me to serve people well.

I want to be present for my kids.

I want time for the people God has placed in my life.

I want to take care of myself.

And most importantly, I want God to remain at the center of what I'm building.

That's what **Such a Time Services** is becoming for me.

It's more than bookkeeping, QuickBooks, budgeting, content, meetings and client questions.

It's something I've been able to build while living a very real life right alongside it.

Today wasn't extraordinary.

It was simply a full Monday of showing up.

And sometimes those ordinary days are the ones that remind you just how thankful you are for what you're building. 🤍

You know the task.

The one that keeps getting moved to tomorrow because there’s always something more urgent demanding your attention.

A customer calls.
An employee needs something.
There’s a job to finish.
An estimate to send.
A problem to solve.

And bookkeeping gets pushed to the bottom of the list… again.

Until suddenly, you’re a month—or several months—behind and trying to remember what transactions were for, whether invoices were paid, and if your numbers are even accurate.

Bookkeeping is one of those things that’s easy to put off because it doesn’t always feel urgent.

**Until it is.**

When you outsource your bookkeeping, you’re not just handing someone another task.

You’re creating a system where your books are being reviewed, reconciled, and kept up with consistently—without you having to find the time to do it yourself.

And right now, **I have room to take on a few new bookkeeping clients at Such a Time Services.**

If bookkeeping keeps getting pushed to tomorrow, maybe it’s time to take it off your plate completely.

You run your business.

**I’ll help keep the numbers behind it organized.** 👑

Bookkeeping can look pretty simple from the outside.

A few transactions come through. You categorize them. Reconcile the accounts. Run a report. Done… right?

But there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.

It’s logging into QuickBooks and reviewing transactions. Matching deposits. Checking bank and credit card accounts. Tracking down something that doesn’t match. Reviewing invoices and payments. Reconciling accounts. Making sure things are categorized correctly. Looking over the Profit & Loss and other reports to catch anything that doesn’t look right.

And then there are those transactions that make you stop and think, **“Where in the world did THAT come from?”** 😅

Before you know it, a few minutes here and there have turned into hours.

For many business owners, that can easily mean **eight or more hours every month** spent doing bookkeeping—or putting it off until nighttime because customers and employees needed their attention all day.

But what if you could hand those hours to someone else?

Eight hours could mean more time with customers.

More time supporting your employees.

More time working on the next step for your business.

More time with your family.

Or maybe it simply means closing the laptop at the end of the workday and **not working at night.**

Outsourcing your bookkeeping isn't only about getting your books done.

**It's about buying back your time.**

So I'll ask again…

**What would you do with an extra eight hours this month?** 👑
