This brunch was created in order to bring women together for empowerment and the celebration of womanhood!

Detroit Derby Brunch® is an annual charity fundraising event that brings women and young girls together from all walks of life! Founded by Shalika Sanders in 2014; the mission of Detroit Derby Brunch is to fundraise, empower, celebrate womanhood, and fellowship in high style, while providing financial support to local charities in Metro Detroit. The event theme pays homage to the style of the Kentucky Derby and features a Hats Showcase, Games and Prizes!!!
