Wow! A blast from the past! My heartbeat was the "Marketplace Connection." I met so many wonderful people from the Marketplace who brought relevant information to the people sitting in the pew, who were my first target audience. Why? To give them visuals of what God can do in their lives outside the four walls of the church and be just as spiritual. Jesus' greatest ministry was in the marketplace; he did not hide in the synagogue. He went where the people were! My greatest prayer is that the people in the pew would dream bigger than the four walls and use their gifts and talents, and not hide them like the man with the one talent did, to bring them wealth and prosperity and leave a legacy for the next generation.
