It’s a 2025 mortgage wrap, tied up with a pretty bow! 🎀 This has been my busiest and fun-nest year yet: 49 loans closed totaling nearly $24,000,000 in volume. Behind every “Happy Closing Day!” were 485 texts, 92 emails, 36 phone calls, countless conversations with clients, realtors, title, appraisal, inspection, underwriting, and processing… plus hours of emotional support for everyone involved. I gave my all to each and every client, and I can’t wait to do it all over again in 2026! Let’s show the mortgage world how it’s done!🥂

Congratulations to a happy first time home buyer couple! These young guys have only been in the US for 3 years but worked hard, saved up and decided they did not want to rent any more. As always Nina found a perfect key just in time for the holidays and I was able to CTC in only 6 days and get us closed 10 days early on the buyers birthday. So happy birthday and congratulations on purchasing a gorgeous home! We are so happy that your Christmas tree will be up in your own house this year! 🎄🥂🍾

Closing Day! We live in such a small world. One day I'm attending an open house and this beautiful family walks in. I immediately recognize the little boy because he is one of Max's best buddies in class. I go "I know you!". And the rest is history. Few houses and offers later, they found a gorgeous house to call home and I was blessed enough to handle their loan and be a part of this life changing journey. thank you for the last minute hustle on this one. Closing day for new First Time Home Buyers. We took a good year to prepare for this purchase, fixing up their credit and saving money. They listened to their favourite lender, did everything right and here comes the happy ending! Proud owners of a gorgeous house with min funds for closing, a downpayment grant and seller concessions that covered a low rate plus closing costs. Thank you for your patient and diligent negotiations to get this young family into a house to call home just in time for the holidays!

Closing Day for a dear friend of my best friend Masha Kuklya. They now get to see each other from their backyards! Such a smooth transaction and a thankful client. Initially she wasn’t sure she could buy a house before selling her current property but we figured it all out and got our clear to close in 8 days!
