A massive new development called Ocean Kamp is set to bring San Diego County’s first-ever surf lagoon to North County. The 92-acre mixed-use resort in Oceanside will feature a 3.5-acre wave pool, a 300-room hotel, nearly 670 all-electric homes, retail and office spaces, and lifestyle amenities. Developers aim to have the lagoon ready by early 2026, just in time for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
