Millennial men are having a hard time being the dads they truly desire to be. Corporate culture hasn't caught up with the desires of millennials, YET.
They want to spend more time with family, take on 50% of the household and parental responsibilities, they want their wives careers to be just as important as theirs, but corporate says no.
I'm predicting a mass exodus or an uprising in corporate where policies change or the millennials leave for more forward thinking companies that are willing to be more flexible.
It's not about being less productive, we still want to work hard and feel like a valued member of the team, but why can't we do that from our laptop at home at 9pm or after we pick up the kids from school?
