Third time completing the freshman college dropoff, and even though she’s only 15 minutes up the road, it’s still hard letting her go. - I am very proud to be a even though the still doesn’t have any Vanderbilt Dad coffee mugs. 😑 You’re going to have an amazing experience at Vanderbilt. Mom and I will miss having you home but we know you’re going to do great things in your time at Vanderbilt!!

If you have student loan debt, it doesn’t automatically disqualify you from getting a mortgage.
Lenders will look at your overall debt-to-income ratio and your credit score, so consider paying down high-interest debt first and then maintaining a good credit score to help improve your chances of qualifying for a mortgage!
