Buying a new construction home? Get an extra $2000 at closing for additional closing costs or even appliances. New homes available starting in the low 200s. The builder will pay $5000 in closing costs plus title. Add that to the $2000 and you won't have any closing costs too pay. If you choose an area where USDA can be used you may not even need a down payment! Sounds to good to be true but it's true!
