After being on social media for years now and reaching out to people repeatedly who are looking for new roles, I have made some realizations. Some people who are open to work are really only open to one kind of work. It seems a lot of people should also say, “Just Pay Me More Than I’m Worth”.

Work is not always easy nor is it always fun. Sometimes it’s a grind. Sometimes it’s performance driven. Sometimes you have to take a chance on yourself and try something new.

Don’t expect to make an entrepreneur’s salary with an employee mindset. Opportunities are widely available but sometimes you have to get outside of your comfort zone to make your next opportunity fruitful. If you have self-belief and a never give up attitude, then you could be valuable to any organization.

You can also get a leg up if you plug into a system that’s already working. That’s what we have. We have everything you need and the training and workshops for you to be successful. If you know someone interested in changing their life and creating generational wealth through long-term cash flows who isn't afraid to take a chance on themselves and is willing to learn, let me know. Met with the daughter of a veteran. The vet passed away in December, 2025, and had nothing setup for his final affairs for his family. It took them until early February before they could get him buried.

I was able to get her setup with a will, a medical discount plan to save on her out of pocket expenses, and a family information guide her executor can use as a roadmap for all her final benefits and requests. I also got her setup with permanent coverage and accidental hospital benefits that she and her small children can use starting now. Her kids won't go through the same thing she and her mom went through.

Was able to help provide final affairs benefits coverage and a no-cost will for an 80-year old vet who served two tours of duty, and his wife. I filled out the will for him and collaborated with his daughter to make sure she was able to print it out and get him setup. SUPER nice guy and I thanked him again for his service! LOVE helping out our veterans! They deserve it!!!

I work with a bunch of millionaires.

They're teaching me how to create generational wealth with long-term cash flows through a franchise system of insurance. It's scalable and recession-proof.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Also, I need someone who's really good at social media and someone who's really good with recruiting.
