Daily shenanigans — but also an important reminder for ALL current and future clients. 📢

I’m sharing this situation because it is a perfect example of why we repeatedly ask clients to READ their confirmation email, agreement, and our policies.

Our policy is black and white.

If your tradeline has not reported within 14 days after the statement date, you are required to submit our Non-Posting Form so our team can investigate.

Submitting that form gives us the opportunity to verify the information, determine why the line has not reported, and assist you while your order is still within its active term.

If the tradeline does not report during the first cycle, we allow it to go through the second billing cycle. If it still has not reported by the 7th day after the second statement date, the client may qualify for a refund under our policy.

However, there is also a deadline.

You have 60 days from the first statement date to notify us through the required Non-Posting Form. You cannot wait until your entire term has expired, contact us 90+ days later, and expect us to retroactively investigate an issue that we were never notified about during the service period.

In this particular situation, the client contacted us after more than 90 days stating that the tradeline never reported. When we reviewed the account, there was no Non-Posting Form submitted within the required timeframe, meaning our team was never given the opportunity to investigate or correct the issue while the order was active.

The client was informed of the policy and then stated that they intended to leave negative reviews and report the company.

And that is absolutely their right.

But we also have the right to provide the complete timeline and documentation showing the policies and procedures that were provided to the client.

A negative review does not automatically mean a business failed to provide service. Sometimes it means a customer disagrees with a policy they did not follow.

FOR ALL FUTURE CLIENTS:

Please do not wait until the end of your term to tell us something did not report.

If your tradeline has not appeared within 14 days after the statement date:

➡️ Submit the Non-Posting Form by the 14th DAY.
➡️ Submit it within the required 60-day timeframe.
➡️ Give our team the opportunity to investigate.
➡️ Keep your confirmation email and read the instructions provided to you.

We have policies for a reason. They protect our clients, our cardholders, our brokers, and our company, and we apply them consistently.

We are always willing to help when clients follow the required process and give us the opportunity to do so.

Please read your confirmation emails. Please read your agreements. And most importantly, please contact us within the required timeframe if there is a problem.

🚨 IMPORTANT INDUSTRY NOTICE — PLEASE READ & SHARE 🚨

I know I have spoken about this many times in the past, but with what we are seeing across the industry, I feel it is extremely important to address it again.

Tradeline Genie does NOT tolerate CPNs, synthetic identities, identity manipulation, falsified information, or any other fraudulent use of our services. Period.

As our company has grown, we have unfortunately encountered more individuals attempting to use tradelines for fraudulent purposes. We take this extremely seriously. When necessary, we have terminated relationships, pursued collections, cooperated with appropriate parties, and taken legal action to protect our company, our cardholders, our brokers, and legitimate clients.

The increasing amount of fraud and abuse throughout the credit industry is creating greater scrutiny for everyone. Organizations such as the CDIA, financial institutions, credit bureaus, data furnishers, and regulators have every reason to pay closer attention when services are being abused.

And this is the part I need people to understand:

When you abuse tradelines, promote CPNs, create synthetic profiles, or encourage people to misrepresent their identity or credit information, you are not only putting yourself at risk — you are damaging the entire industry.

You make it more difficult for legitimate businesses to operate. You create additional restrictions for cardholders and brokers. You increase scrutiny from banks and credit bureaus. And most importantly, you hurt legitimate consumers who are simply trying to responsibly improve their financial position and move forward with their lives.

If you are advertising CPNs as a way to obtain credit, housing, vehicles, loans, or other financial products using information that is not legitimately yours, STOP. Find another business model. Find another service to provide. There are plenty of legal and ethical ways to make money without jeopardizing other people’s businesses, livelihoods, and financial futures.

Tradeline Genie will not knowingly participate in, support, facilitate, or overlook fraudulent activity. If we have reason to believe our services are being used fraudulently, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service and take appropriate action when necessary.

To our legitimate brokers, cardholders, and clients who continue to follow the rules and conduct business responsibly: thank you. Protecting this industry requires all of us to hold ourselves and the people we work with to a higher standard.

If what you’re doing requires you to lie about who you are, use information that isn’t legitimately yours, or misrepresent information to a lender or financial institution, don’t involve our company in it.

We have worked too hard and too long to build our business to allow fraudulent activity to compromise what legitimate clients, brokers, and cardholders have built.

CPNs and fraud have no place at Tradeline Genie

The list is getting updated with new lines. It will be back up on the 10th.

Rise and grind, beautiful people! ☀️

I’m temporarily taking the list down today because I need to make some major updates.

First, American Express has implemented a new policy limiting each card to only 10 active authorized users at a time. Previously, we were able to have up to 99 active users per card. With the recent influx of orders, I need to review every AMEX order to make sure clients are placed on the cards they selected. If I’m unable to do so, those orders will be refunded.

The second update is that Capital One has officially taken over Discover. Moving forward, you’ll start seeing Capital One/Discover instead of Discover.

At this point, I’m not sure how these cards will report going forward. We’ll need to see whether they continue reporting like Discover (no address required) or if they’ll transition to Capital One’s reporting process (address required). We’ll be testing this over the coming weeks and I’ll keep everyone updated as we learn more.

As always, thank you all for your patience and understanding while we work through these industry changes. I appreciate each and every one of you!

I’ll have a list back up tomorrow

Demetria Humbert decided to use our invoice option and put in orders since APRIL. Just placed another order last June, and of all orders only ONE non-posting form was submitted, which was resolved and still had the nerve to dispute 2.8k . Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️. If you are a broker and you pull something like this I will add a collection to every person you sent me and I will take you to court.

Good morning, everyone!

Just a quick reminder: We’re still receiving quite a few messages through our Facebook inbox. As I’ve mentioned before, Facebook currently has our messaging access restricted for some reason, so unfortunately, we are unable to respond to messages sent through Facebook.

If you need assistance or need to get in touch with us, please give us a call or send us an email so our team can properly assist you.

Also, I’ve temporarily taken our list down for today. It will be back up tomorrow evening.

I’m incredibly grateful for how busy we’ve been and truly appreciate everyone’s continued support. At the same time, I never want the volume of orders and emails we receive to affect the quality of service we provide. Taking a short break from new orders today will allow us to catch up and make sure every current order and inquiry receives the attention it deserves.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support! We appreciate you all.
