Mental Health Awareness Month is a good time to remember that support might already be closer than you think. Many health plans include resources that can help with stress, sleep, and everyday mental wellness, and you don’t have to navigate them alone.
We encourage you to reach out to a licensed therapist or mental health professional if you notice that your day-to-day activities are being regularly impacted by your mental health, or if you feel like you need or want help.
